LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of brieflyOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using brieflyOS
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use brieflyOS in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the content you add to your account and for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to brieflyOS. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service at your direction.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse brieflyOS, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others’ rights, or use the service to store or distribute unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep brieflyOS available, but it may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. We may update these Terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
brieflyOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. To the extent permitted by law, brieflyOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of your account through our account-deletion page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
