Delete your account.

You can request permanent deletion of your brieflyOS account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line “Account deletion request.”
3. We will verify the request and confirm deletion. We may ask for information needed to protect your account from unauthorized requests.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete your account and personal data from active systems. Limited information may be retained temporarily in backups, security logs, or where required by law. Deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days.

If you only want to stop notifications or change your information, you can do that from the app instead.
